Your Top 5. For today’s post we’re making a list of our top 5’s – whether they be for your health condition or your Health Activism. Take some time to think about your experiences and develop your top 5’s – the 5 most difficult parts of your health focus and the 5 small victories that keep you going.
The top 5 list is a great way to get started writing even when you’re feeling a little burntout or a little unfocused. Share your top 5’s in your post and spend some time with them. Tell us what surprised you about these items, what you expected (or didn’t expect), what excites you.
Talk to other patients and caregivers about the unexpected victories or positives
that have come out of their health experiences – how can we use those victories to spread
Health Activism and raise awareness?
